By any means possible, these 10 intrepid chaps have just made it through gruelling 40C and 90% humidity to complete their epic journey across Southern Thailand. The “Ride, Run, Walk, Crawl” saw the chaps get themselves from CWGC cemetery in Burma to the Thai Border at Three Pagoda’s Pass/Burma Death Railway with a 108km run and a 287km cycle ride from the Thai CWGC cemetery to the Pass. They have so far raised a fantastic £10, 767 for A4D and the Royal British Legion.
Big thanks to Dan Fallows, Robin Humpris, Phill George, Dave Govier, Simon Thomas, Colin Sykes, Leigh Camozzi, Tony Stern and Chris Luckham, who are all are working for UK government or HM Forces, for making this happen and for the huge effort they put in to raising funds. A big congratulations as well to our own Charles Toomey, who after several ankle operations, a torn quad and ligament damage (to name a few) got out there and got his sweat on to complete the challenge. Well Done All!
