FAQ:

When is it? Saturday, 4th May 2019.

What time and where are we going to meet on the day? This is to be decided. It will not be too early though.

Where is it? Culden Faw, Fawley, Henley-on-Thames, RG9 3AS  (approx 60min drive from London)

How do I get there? There is parking at the event and public transport will be available from London – more info to follow on this.

How much does it cost?  Prices will rise as we get closer to the event. As of 20th February:  £117 for the Classic Participant Race (including registration fee)

Are family and friends invited?  Yes! There are children’s events on during the day and the Tough Mudder Village is open to non-competitors for a £10 fee. We are also hoping to arrange an event after the run in a local pub for A4D supporters… so see you there 🙂

How fit do I need to be? This is NOT for Olympic athletes. It will be a collective, not competitive, effort. However, to maximise enjoyment you may want to have a look at the Tough Mudder training guide: Click here for the training guide

Is there anything I need to do after I have signed up? The short answer is no. However, we will be having a meet-and-greet for ‘Team A4D’ at the Foreign Office in Whitehall on the 23rd April. We will be sending official invites out for this soon / once you have signed up.
